Report Usage: Lab reports are for diagnostic purposes and clinical consultation only; final medical decisions must be made by a qualified doctor.

Home Collection: Home sample collection appointments are subject to staff availability and should be booked at least 2 hours in advance.

Payment Terms: All test fees must be paid in full at the time of sample collection, whether at the lab premises or during home collection.

Accuracy: While we adhere to ISO 9001:2015 standards, biological variations or improper fasting may affect results; re-testing may be advised if clinically indicated.

Cancellations: Test bookings can be cancelled for a full refund only if the cancellation request is received before sample processing has commenced.
